Not a sales call. Not a taster. A real conversation.

Where we look honestly at what is happening  before deciding what comes next.

Most support services ask you to decide what you need before you fully understand what is happening. The burnout consultation turns that around.

This is a dedicated 2.5 hours to look carefully at where you are right now. What you are experiencing. What has been tried. What your work environment is asking of you. And where, honestly, you want to be.

Burnout rarely has a single cause. It sits at the intersection of what you carry- the patterns, the history, the nervous system and what surrounds you - the workplace pressures, the leadership, the resourcing, the instability. This consultation holds both sides of that honestly.

You will not leave with a programme pushed at you. You will leave with clarity about what is actually going on, and with genuine options about what might help.  Whether that is working with me in depth, another form of support, signposting to specialist services, or exploring Access to Work funding if that is relevant to your situation.

This is the right starting point if you know something has to change but you are not yet sure what that looks like. It is also the right starting point if you have tried a number of things and want someone to help you make sense of why they did not stick.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is experiencing burnout or moving toward it and wants to understand what is actually happening before committing to a particular kind of support.

It is especially relevant if you:

  • Are functioning on the outside but running on very little within, and have been for longer than feels sustainable.

  • Have tried things before, rest, therapy, time off, wellbeing approaches, and found yourself back in the same place.

  • Are working in a genuinely difficult environment, under-resourced, poorly led or structurally unstable, and want someone to hold that reality alongside the internal picture.

  • Want clarity before you invest significant time or money in a particular approach.

  • Are neurodivergent, diagnosed or undiagnosed, and have not found standard burnout support adequate to your actual experience.

Why will it help?

Most people arrive at the consultation carrying two things: a lot of information about themselves gathered over years of trying to figure this out, and very little space to actually make sense of it with someone who knows this territory.

This consultation provides that space. What changes is not the facts of your situation. It is the understanding of what those facts mean, and what they suggest about what needs to happen next.

People leave feeling genuinely heard, often for the first time in the context of burnout, and with a clearer picture of their options than they had going in. That clarity alone can shift something, regardless of what comes next.

You leave with honest options and a way forward, including Access to Work guidance where relevant. There is no obligation

to continue. The door stays open.

"If any of this resonates, the first step is a short connection conversation to check we are the right fit"

“Rebekah was very thorough, and her approach is kind and person‑centred.” • “Clear goals and structure every session; gentle reflection; meaningful progress.” • “I learned to work with my focus instead of fighting it—when to take a break and make changes in the moment.”
