Burnout support that actually works for your people
Neuroinclusive, genuinely human support for teams who are stretched thin and leaders who want to do better than another round of ‘resilience training’.
I work with organisations who want to genuinely reduce burnout in their people, not just be seen to be doing something about it.
Most workplace wellbeing fails because it treats burnout as a personal failing to be fixed with an app or a webinar. It isn't.
Environments don't only cause burnout - they activate the very survival patterns people learned long before they ever joined your team. Understanding that distinction is what changes everything.
My foundation is clinical. I have over 20 years of experience as an NMC registered mental health nurse, nutritional therapist and EMCC accredited coach. In that time, I have delivered more than 1,000 coaching sessions to employees.
My approach is integrative, pairing coaching and nervous system awareness with practical workplace strategy. I apply this to the real conditions your people are working within. And I partner with you, rather than dropping in a one-off session and leaving.
Ways we can support your organisation
Every organisation is different, so these packages are only a starting point. We will always shape the work around your people, your pressures and your capacity.
FOUNDATION
The Organisational Assessment
This is a spacious and honest look at what is really happening beneath the surface.
Through confidential conversations with leadership and staff, we identify the specific pressures your people face. We look for the patterns particular to your culture and structure, rather than generic stress.
You leave with clarity, real options and a clear sense of where to start. The assessment is a focused diagnostic, and it can be delivered online or in person at your workplace.
Available online and in person Manchester. Pricing on enquiry.
SUPPORT IN PRACTICE
The Team Support Series
This is a series of small-group coaching sessions for staff who are close to burnout or already managing chronic stress and ill health.
The sessions combine psychoeducation, coaching and practical tools that are aware of how people function under pressure.
Together, they create something rare in a working week, which is a space where people can be honest, recover and learn what actually helps. Each participant will take away an actionable plan to support them with their wellbeing at work.
Available online and in person in Manchester. Pricing from £2,400.
DEEP CHANGE
Embedded Coaching Partnership
This is a bespoke, embedded coaching partnership that runs over three to twelve months. It is designed for organisations that are experiencing high levels of staff burnout, absenteeism, or people leaving the organisation.
By working from within your organisation rather than dropping in from outside, I can take a genuinely holistic approach to improving staff wellbeing, lifting performance, and helping you retain your best people.
This is an ongoing partnership with leadership and HR that addresses the structural causes of burnout, including workload, expectations, communication and boundaries.
The aim is for change to hold long after the work ends. There are no quick fixes here, and there is no blame. This is honest, strategic work that treats your organisation as a whole system, rather than as a list of symptoms.
For that reason, it is only for organisations who are genuinely committed to change and who honestly care about the wellbeing of their staff.
Partnerships are fully bespoke. Pricing on enquiry.
Why this work matters
Burnout is rarely just one person reaching their limit. When it goes unaddressed, it shows up as the things that every People leader already worries about.
It appears as rising sickness absence, disengagement and good people leaving. It also shows up as the slow erosion of trust that no benefits package can win back.
Supporting your people properly is not only the humane thing to do. It also protects the knowledge, relationships and stability that your organisation depends on.
What makes this work different is that I do not work from a script. The work is neuroinclusive by design, and it is grounded in how people actually function under pressure. It is built around the real constraints of your staff's roles and the actual conditions of your workplace, because that is where burnout lives and that is where it changes.
Investing in deep support rather than surface-level 'resilience training' signals that you value the human behind the role. This grounded approach builds sustainable productivity and a culture where people feel safe enough to do their best work.
- Reduced sickness absence and turnover costs
- Clearer boundaries for managers and staff
- Sustainable performance through neuroinclusive systems
- Staff who feel safer asking for adjustments
