My approach

My work is grounded in an integrative model that brings together coaching psychology, nervous system awareness, and practical workplace strategy.

This means we don’t just talk about change. We look at how change actually becomes possible.

Together, we explore:

  • How your work is currently set up (roles, expectations, environment)
  • How your nervous system is responding to pressure and demand
  • What sustainable ways of working could look like for you

From there, we make small, meaningful adjustments that support clarity, steadiness, and long-term change. There’s no pressure to push harder or “fix” yourself here. Instead, the focus is on building better ways of working that genuinely support you.

For individuals

In my 1:1 work, I support people who feel overwhelmed, stretched, or close to burnout -often while still showing up as highly capable on the outside. This might look like:

  • Taking work home and struggling to switch off
  • Feeling stuck, unsure, or lacking confidence at work
  • Navigating workplace dynamics that feel difficult or draining
  • Trying to keep up with systems that don’t work for how you think or operate

Our work creates space to pause, understand what’s really going on, and find a way forward that feels more sustainable and aligned.

Bespoke 1:1 packages are available.

For organisations

Alongside 1:1 work, I support organisations through coaching and group programmes that focus on sustainable performance, wellbeing, and workplace strategy. This includes:

  • Group coaching for managers and teams
  • 1:1 coaching for employees navigating workload, change, or burnout
  • Support around neuroinclusive and trauma-responsive ways of working
  • Practical strategies to reduce overwhelm and improve clarity and communication

My approach bridges the gap between individual wellbeing and organisational reality - helping people work in ways that are both effective and sustainable over time.

Bespoke organisation packages and programmes available.

A more personal note

My work is shaped not just by my professional background, but by my own experience of burnout and recovery. I know what it’s like to keep going when something isn’t working and how hard it can be to find a different way. That experience is what led me to create a more integrative, compassionate approach to work and wellbeing- one that supports real change, not just short-term coping.
