Connection conversation

A brief, no-pressure call to make sure this is the right fit for both of us. Fifteen minutes. No pitch, no obligation.

The Burnout Consultation

The burnout consultation is 2.5 hours. This is where everything begins.

This is not a taster session. It is a thorough, honest look at where you are right now: what you are experiencing, what you have already tried, what your environment is asking of you, and where you genuinely want to be.

​

We look at both sides of the picture. You will not leave with a programme pushed at you. You will leave with clarity about what is actually going on, and with honest options about what might help, whether that is working with me in depth, another form of support, or Access to Work funding if that is relevant to your situation.

​

Investment: £395. This is a standalone piece of work. If you go through it and decide the next step is not right for you at this time, that is a completely valid outcome.

Beneath the Burnout

For those who choose to continue, Beneath the Burnout is the work itself.

​

Bespoke, co-created, and measured from the start. There is no fixed curriculum, no module list, no certificate at the end. It is a process built entirely around you: your history, your nervous system, your patterns, and the specific conditions of your life and work.

​

We begin with outcome measures that give us a baseline picture of where you are. Not for data's sake, but because you deserve to see what is shifting as the work progresses.

​

Sessions are fortnightly as a foundation, adjusted to your capacity and energy. The work continues for as long as it needs to. We will both know when something has genuinely shifted.

​

Minimum commitment: three months. Investment from £995 per month.

FAQs

Who is this for?

Women who know, at a deep level, that something has to change. Not someone who wants to cope better with the situation they are in, but someone ready to understand where the pattern came from and invest seriously in breaking the cycle. It is particularly well suited to those who have tried other approaches and found them too surface-level to produce lasting change.

How often do we meet?

Fortnightly as a foundation, adjusted to your capacity and energy as the work develops.

Is coaching online or in person?

Sessions are held online via a secure video platform. In-person sessions at Chorlton Health Hub in Manchester can be arranged.

Can I use Access to Work funding?

Yes. I have extensive experience supporting clients through the Access to Work process and can advise on whether it is likely to apply to your situation during the Burnout Consultation. Due to delays in Access to Work payments, programmes must be paid in full or partially in advance by the individual or their organisation.
