Coaching services
Choose the level of support that fits your brain, your body, and your workload.
Finding the right support shouldn’t add to your mental load. This page is here to help you navigate your options and find a workspace strategy that honours your energy, even if you’re currently feeling unsure where to start.
Coaching that honours how your brain really works
My approach is built on a neuroinclusive and strengths-based foundation. We start by acknowledging your preferences and how you work at your best. Together, we identify the unique ways you process information and solve problems, turning what often feels like a barrier into a practical tool for success.
Every session is psychologically informed and paced gently around your specific energy levels and needs. I understand that capacity fluctuates, so we adjust our intensity accordingly. There’s no pressure in our coaching sessions; instead, I create a space where you come first.
By aligning your workplace strategies with your true self, we move away from standard 'productivity hacks' and towards sustainable routines. This is about building a professional life that honours your body and mind, allowing you to thrive without the constant threat of burnout.

FAQs
Who is coaching for?
The coaching approach I offer is specifically designed for women who are navigating workplace stress or seeking sustainable structure including those with a new ADHD or autism diagnosis, perimenopause/menopause or chronic health conditions.
How often do we meet?
Usually, we meet fortnightly to allow space for implementing strategies. However, we can adjust the pace based on your energy levels and specific goals.
Is coaching online or in person?
Sessions are held online via a secure video platform. This often works best for accessibility, allowing you to be in a comfortable, familiar environment that supports your sensory needs. In-person sessions at Chorlton Health Hub can be arranged.
Can I use Access to Work funding?
Yes, I am experienced in working with clients funded through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme. Due to delays in Access to Work payments all programmes and packages must be paid in full or partially in advance by self or organisation.
Ready to explore your options?
I know it can be overwhelming to choose a starting point. Reach out for a quiet, no-pressure chat even if you’re unsure which service fits your workload or energy right now - we can figure it out together.
