They don’t always show up as thoughts, sometimes they show up as tension in your body, a pattern you can’t break, or a cycle of burnout you can’t seem to escape.
Belief Coding® helps you release those patterns: gently, deeply, and for good.
What is Belief Coding®?
Belief Coding® is a guided therapeutic process that supports you to find and reprogram the subconscious beliefs and emotional blocks that are holding you back.
We explore together:

What’s ready to be released

What new truth you want to live by instead
Using tools from psychology, energy work and neuroscience, we create space for lasting change, not just in your thoughts but in your whole system.
You don’t need to know what you’re working on in advance. You don’t need to have the words. All you need is a sense that something’s ready to shift.
A Sacred Return to Self
Belief Coding® is not about pushing through pain or reliving trauma.
It’s a safe, intuitive process where you stay fully aware and in control throughout.
Together, we reprocess beliefs that no longer serve you and gently code in new, empowering ones: helping your nervous system feel safe to do something different.
Clients often describe this work as calm, clear, and surprisingly powerful.

Each Belief Coding® session is around 2 hours and tailored to you.

1: Belief Coding® Session £66
A one-off, 2-hour session to help you shift one belief or emotional pattern that’s been keeping you stuck.

2: Belief Coding® Alignment Package £180
A deeper journey for those ready for lasting emotional reset and realignment.
Across three beautifully held 2-hour sessions, we gently explore and release the limiting beliefs, patterns and emotional blocks that keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or out of sync with yourself.

About Rebekah
I’m Rebekah: an integrative coach practitioner who helps women reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, and create a life that feels calm, meaningful and aligned.
For over twenty years, I’ve supported people through healing and transformation: first as a mental health nurse and now as a holistic coach. My approach blends psychology, coaching, mindfulness, somatic work and lifestyle medicine to support the whole person: mind, body and soul.

My own story has shaped everything I offer. After years of caring for others, I reached burnout myself. Through therapy, coaching and deep self-reflection, I began to heal and rediscover who I was beneath the exhaustion and noise. That experience taught me that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder: it comes from feeling safe enough to soften, listen and return to yourself.
That realisation is what led me to Belief Coding®.
This work felt like the missing piece: the bridge between mindset, body and emotion. It’s given me (and now my clients) a way to access and release what talking alone couldn’t reach. It’s gentle, but it gets right to the root of what keeps us stuck.
I’m currently completing my Belief Coding® Facilitator training and it’s been one of the most powerful additions to my practice so far.
Through it, I’ve seen how quickly people can shift from overwhelm to calm, from doubt to trust and from holding it all together to feeling at home in themselves again.
Whether we work together through coaching, Belief Coding®, or both, my intention is the same:
to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can exhale, reconnect and find your way back to you.
