About Me: Your Workplace Wellness Coach
Hi, I’m Rebekah, and I’m passionate about helping women find balance, resilience, and a sense of wellbeing at work. With over 20 years of experience in mental health and coaching, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to women’s workplace wellness. My work integrates psychology, somatic practices, mindfulness, and lifestyle strategies to support the whole person—mind, body, and soul.
My journey began with a love for listening to people’s stories and a deep curiosity about what makes us who we are. After studying psychology at university, I trained as a mental health nurse, qualifying in 2009. I thrived in my role, working alongside people from all walks of life as they navigated mental health recovery. But, like so many women, my passion for supporting others led me to neglect my own wellbeing.
Eventually, I burned out. That experience—and the healing journey that followed—helped me understand the deep toll that stress, misaligned workplaces, and unhealed trauma can take. Through therapy, coaching, and somatic work, I began to heal, regain my voice, and rewrite the patterns that had kept me stuck. It’s this lived experience, alongside my professional expertise, that allows me to support other women so deeply and authentically.
I live with my partner in the beautiful town of Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. I have created a great work-life balance, I get to do a job I absolutely love whilst also having time to do many other things that also bring me joy.
Why I Do What I Do
I’ve seen and experienced first hand how workplace stress can affect every part of life. I've worked with many women who feel overwhelmed, undervalued, or out of sync with their work environments. You may have experienced a loss of confidence, struggled to speak up in work, and feel like you're constantly treading water. My mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change—both inside and outside of work.
Wildly Well @Work
My signature 3-month programme, Wildly Well @Work, is designed to empower you to take charge of your workplace wellbeing. Whether it’s overcoming burnout, managing stress, or regaining confidence, this programme offers the tools, strategies, and support you to thrive at work without sacrificing your health or happiness.

I believe in meeting you where you are, with warmth and understanding. My coaching is tailored to your needs, and together, we’ll create a path forward that truly works for you.
