Most burnout support asks: how do we get you functioning again?

Beneath the Burnout asks something different: how did you get here, and what would it take to make sure you do not keep returning?

This is not a programme in the traditional sense. There is no fixed module list, no standardised curriculum. It is a co-created process shaped entirely by what is true for you - your history, your patterns, your nervous system, the environment you are working within, and what you actually want your life to feel like.

Women who have tried the obvious things. The rest, the therapy, the boundaries, the time off and found themselves back in the same place.

Women who are done with surface-level support and ready to understand where the pattern actually started.

Women who know, at a deep level, that something has to change.

The origin of the pattern

We go to where the cycle began - the survival strategies learned early, the ways of functioning built long before your working life started.

 

Understanding the source is not the same as being defined by it. It is what makes change at depth possible.

Capacity and identity

We work toward a genuine understanding of your real capacity — not a performance of functioning — and who you are beneath the roles, the responsibilities and the survival strategies. That is where the aliveness is.

Nervous system and somatic work

Burnout lives in the body as much as the mind. We work with what your nervous system has learned - the states it moves between, the signals it sends, what genuine regulation actually looks and feels like for you specifically.

Neuroinclusive throughout

The pace, format and approach of every session adapts to you. There is no template to fit, no standard way of working that you are expected to match.  If you are neurodivergent diagnosed or not that is not something we work around. It is part of how we work together.

Your environment, held honestly

We do not pretend your workplace is not part of the picture. Where the environment is difficult - under-resourced, non-inclusive, poorly led or unstable. We address that reality directly and look at what your actual options are in relation to it.

A few questions you might have

How it works

Sessions are fortnightly as a foundation, adjusted to your capacity and energy. We begin with outcome measures that give us a baseline. Not for data's sake, but because you deserve to see what is shifting as the work progresses. The work continues for as long as it needs to. We will both know when something has genuinely shifted.

Investment

Beneath the Burnout begins with a minimum commitment of three months, at £995 per month. This can be paid monthly or as a single payment of £2,985 .

After the initial three months, the work continues at £995 per month, on a rolling basis with one month's notice to close. There is no fixed end date. We will both know when something has genuinely shifted.

If you are funded through Access to Work or your organisation, the monthly rate is £650, equivalent to £162.50 per session. I have extensive experience supporting clients through the Access to Work process and can advise on eligibility during the Burnout Consultation.

A flexible payment structure is available for self-funded clients. This is something we discuss openly and without pressure following the Burnout Consultation, once we have a clear picture of the scope of the work.

The Burnout Consultation itself is £495 and is the starting point for everything. It is a standalone piece of work in its own right. If you go through it and decide Beneath the Burnout is not the right fit for you right now and/or I signpost you to alternative support, that is a completely valid outcome. You will leave with more clarity than you arrived with.

Is this for me?

It is for women who know, at a deep level, that something has to change. Not someone who wants to cope better with the situation they are in, but someone ready to understand where the pattern came from and invest seriously in breaking the cycle. It is particularly well suited to those who have tried other approaches and found them too surface-level to produce lasting change.

Where to begin

The Burnout Consultation is the starting point. It is where we get a clear and honest picture of what is happening which is what allows this work to be genuinely bespoke rather than generic.
