We'll also embrace joyful movement as a form of self-expression and self-care, discovering activities that ignite your spirit and invigorate your body.
Month 3: Blossoming into Your Best Self
As we enter our final month together, we'll focus on embracing emotions with compassion, building emotional resilience through self-compassion and acceptance.
We'll also cultivate meaningful connections with others and with yourself, exploring the role of community and support in mental wellbeing.
