This 12-week program is designed exclusively for women who are ready to dive deep and make transformational change for a more energised life.

Throughout the 12-week process at either weekly or fortnightly 1 hour sessions, we'll delve into your purpose and goals and examine your current way of living. Then, we'll start introducing personalised self-care strategies, food and lifestyle plan, as well as energy and habit management techniques that will leave you feeling reset, restored and ready to start living your beautifully balanced and mindful future.  

Each program is bespoke and created just for you. My integrative approach includes:

My Burnout to Balance Signature Program opens for a limited number of clients per quarter.
