5 Ways To Have a Great Monday Morning!



Monday mornings can be really daunting. The thought of having to start a new week and all the things that come with it can be overwhelming. Here are 5 ways to have a great Monday morning:


Tip #1 - Get to bed early


To wake up refreshed count back 7 -10 hours from when you need to get up in order to determine when you should go to sleep.



Tip #2 - Take 5 slow deep breaths upon waking


This helps calm your nervous system, relaxes you and kicks off your day in a good head space.

Tip #3 - Hydrate!


I don't know about you but I often wake up feeling super thirsty. Have a big glass of water early in the morning so that you hit the ground running and feel fresh and hydrated all day long!


Tip #4 - Wake your body up


Move for 5-10 minutes, do some yoga, take a brisk walk or just do some stretches to wake up your body, increase blood flow and ease any stiffness from sleeping.


Tip #5 - Power up with protein


Avoid the croissants if you want to feel energised and avoid a mid morning crash. Have a protein rich breakfast - eggs, yoghurt, berries and seeds or have a protein rich smoothie if you're on the go!


If you do these things every morning you will be waking your mind, body and soul and thus set yourself up for a positive, high vibration day.
