Good Mood Food -Almonds

Raw almonds are an ideal food to eat as a snack or at the start of a meal. Almonds elevate levels of acetylcholine, the chief neurotransmitter for the parasympathetic nervous system (think rest and relax) and enhancing memory. Almonds also contain magnesium which will also help you feel super chilled. Eating just 10 raw almonds every day will support brain health and promote relaxation. Pair a handful of raw almonds with an apple for a great mid morning snack
